BC³ isn’t your typical church - and that’s okay with us.  We think you’ll like the difference.

About Us

BC3 came from a desire to see families once again become the center of spiritual life.  We have three simple premises:

1. God loves people and wants to have a loving relationship with everyone.

2.  Worship is the way we share our love for God as a group and therefore, it is a sin for worship to be boring.

3.  Family is extremely important to God and is the primary place where Christian growth should happen.

It’s a simple concept.  It’s actually getting back to basics.  Come worship, then spend the rest of your week enjoying your family and impacting your world.

If you have kids, we’ll help you teach them how to love and walk with God.  If you don’t have kids, choose a small group to meet with regularly so they can encourage you in your walk with God.  Or, do both.

Regardless, the main thing is to experience the joy and freedom there is in Christ.  Our goal isn’t to make you religious; we want to set you free to live - to infuse “real life with real faith.”  

¨ We believe in the God of the Bible who created everything and longs to have a loving relationship with every person.

 

¨ We believe Jesus is the Son of God who lived a sinless life and gave His life to purchase forgiveness for all of us.  Because of that, He is the only Savior of the world and the doorway to God. 

 

¨ We believe the Holy Spirit is God who indwells those who believe in Jesus, gives each believer spiritual gifts to use in service to Him and others, and guides those who know God.  He also convinces those who do not yet know God of their need for a loving relationship with Him. 

 

¨ We believe the Bible is God’s Word and is a full and complete revelation of His will, character, purpose, and a guide for daily living. 

 

¨ We believe that because God wants to be in a loving relationship with everyone, He made that possible through what Jesus did when He died and rose again. 

 

¨ We believe that although God is the same yesterday, today, and forever, the way we “do” church must change to relate to people today. 

 

¨ We believe that we cannot compromise the truth but we must always seek better ways to share the truth, and always do so in a compassionate manner.

 

¨ And, we believe that as a gathering of God’s people, there ought to be a real difference in us that will attract those apart from Jesus to come to Him.

Our Mission

Bent Creek Community Church exists to infuse real life with real faith by:

¨ Building healthy families through family-oriented ministry and family-directed discipleship;

¨ Experiencing dynamic, Spirit-inspired worship;

¨ Helping others find freedom in Christ via personal faith sharing, selfless acts of service, family-oriented mission actions, and family-oriented church multiplication; plus,

¨ Interceding for each other, our community, state, nation and world in prayer.
